EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.

The Executive Director shall perform such functions and duties as are assigned to them from time to time by the Board. The Executive Director shall manage or coordinate the business of the entire organisation on behalf of the Board. The Executive Director shall attend the Board meetings and the Board of Trustees meetings.
CHAIRPERSON.

The Chairperson of the Board shall preside at all meetings of the Board. If the Chairperson is unable to preside at any meeting, the members of the Board shall elect one of them to preside over that particular meeting.
The Chairperson shall have the right to order the closure of a discussion to put the matter to a vote.
The Chairperson shall sign the minutes of the previous meeting after confirmation by the members present.
The Chairperson shall ensure that all motions are decided by a majority of those present.
The decision of the Chairperson on any question of procedure at any meeting shall be final.
THE SECRETARY.

The Secretary shall keep a true record of all proceedings of Board meetings and other ministry meetings, such as those of the General Assembly.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is open to Christian men and women of all nationalities who support the ministry’s cause.
The founder members of the ministry shall be deemed to be the subscribers to this constitution, who shall constitute the first Board of Directors of SHEMIM, with one of them being the chairperson of the board.
The founder members will steer the ministry for the first seven years from the date of registration so that the organization can be guided and directed through its formative years.
The members of the ministry shall be registered in a book containing such particulars as the board shall set, and the book shall be known as the “REGISTER OF MEMBERS.”
Withdrawal of Membership: A member may withdraw from the organization by notifying the immediate entry point organ in writing with three months’ notice, provided that commitments with the organization have been fully cleared and they have been a member for at least one year.
